The Swiss Female Orthopaedics mission is to inspire, encourage, and enable women in orthopaedics to realize their professional and personal goals by giving them support at various stages in their career.
The aim is to raise awareness of the barriers to equity and inclusion of women in orthopaedic surgery and seek solutions and methods to overcome these barriers.
