    Diplomiral je na Medicinski Fakulteti v Ljubljani decembra 1997. Specialist travmatologije od decembra 2007. Njegovo ožje področje je kirurgija športnih poškodb in minimalno invazivna kirurgija. Asistiral je pri prvi vgradnji AMIS® kolčne proteze v Sloveniji. Tehniko vgradnje proteze je izpolponjeval pri dr. Frederic Laude-ju v Parizu in dr. Fabianu Kalberer-ju v Winterthurju v Švici. Od leta 2009 deluje tufi kot inštruktor vgradnje omenjenih protez pri zlomih kolka na Iniverzitetni kliniki v Baslu v Švici. Inštruira tudi kirurgijo zlomov, artroskopsko kirurgijo kolena in ATLS postopke pri najtežje poškodovanih v Rielu na Nizozemskem. Od leta 2008 je asistent za predmet kirurgija na Medicinski fakulteti v Ljubljani.
